1) When I get into a kotatsu I get lazy.
(i.e. the kotasu makes me lazy)

こたつに入るとダラダラしちゃう。
2) Oh! Quit being so lazy and do your homework!

もう！ダラダラしないでちゃんと宿題をしなさい！
3) You're always working so hard, I think it's okay to be lazy once in awhile.
