予約が取れない葉山の高級レンタル邸宅「THE HOUSE」が、6月に新店舗をオープン！
青い海、白い建物。まるでギリシャ・サントリーニ島にいるかのような気分を味わえる場所が、東京から車で1時間ほどのところにある。葉山「THE HOUSE」は、2015年12月にオープンしたものの、人気が集まりすぎて予約が取れないと話題になった高級レンタル邸宅だ。2016年6月には、「なんとかして泊まりたい！」との声に応えるべく、新たに「THE HOUSE on the beach」がオープンする。
非日常的な空間で、
海辺の雰囲気を満喫する。
場所は葉山の中心地。おしゃれな店が周辺に立ち並び、水が綺麗なことで知られている「真名瀬海岸」。天気が良ければ、年間を通して富士山が眺められるそうだ。1、2階のスペースは、計約190平米。中央が特徴的な吹き抜けになっており、その周りにメインベッドルームが3部屋、ジャグジー付のテラス、ビューティールーム、プライベートBAR、リラックスルームなどがある。
滞在人数は4〜6名ほどがちょうどよく、女子会、3世代旅行、ダブルカップルに最適。壁の無い開放感のある作りで、友達や家族との距離が近くなる空間になっている。ビーチに降りれば、透明度の高い水辺があり、SUPやクリアカヤック、シュノーケリングが楽しめる。
