来年度予算 診療報酬引き下げなどを提案
財務省は来年度の予算編成に向けて、高齢化で膨らみ続ける医療や介護などの社会保障費を抑える見直し案を明らかにしました。医師の収入などになる「診療報酬」について、一般の賃金や物価の伸びを上回る上昇が続いてきたとして引き下げを提案し、今後、厚生労働省などと調整を進めることになりました。
