Softbank and Yahoo, and Aeon, three companies have jointly established a policy to embark on a net mail order business. Partnerships by leading groups in the IT industry and the giant distribution group that represents Japan are drawing attention as a new movement against Amazon that shows overwhelming presence in online mail order.
