Pyongchang Olympic Speed Skating, women's 1000 meters, Kodaira Nao is a silver medal, Miki Takagi won the bronze medal. It is the first time for Japanese girls to win multiple medals for the same event throughout the summer and winter Olympic Games. Takagi is the first girl in Japan to win medals following 1500 meters of girls, winning multiple medals at one tournament in speed skating.
