[No music] How to make Quinoa Porridge

   

Ingredients:

80g quinoa
80g millet
500ml almond milk
A hint of salt
Dried mango
Dried lychee
Dried coconut chips

Instructions:

1. Make almond milk.
2. rinse and drain quinoa and millet then cook them with almond milk for about 15 minutes.
3. add salt, transfer to a bowl.
4. top with your favorite fruits.

もちきび 80g
アーモンドミルク 500ml
塩 少々
ドライマンゴー 適量
ドライライチ 適量
ココナッツチップ 適量

「作り方」

1、アーモンドミルクを作ります。
2、キヌアともちきびを水で洗い、アーモンドミルクで15分ほど炊きます。
3、塩を加え、食器に盛ります。
4、お好きなフルーツなどを加えたら出来上がり。
