October of the lunar calendar is "Kannazuki", but in the Izumo district of Shimane prefecture where the gods of the whole country are supposed to gather, it is called "Kamenizumi". Izumo shrine, famous for marriage, is divided in Tokyo Minato Ward, and many worshipers are visiting this month.
