Matcha Boba Latte ☆ タピオカ抹茶ラテの作り方

Ingredients:
50g black tapioca pearls
15g sweetener
150ml almond milk (or any kind of vegan milk you like)
4g matcha
60ml hot water (85C/185F)
Instructions:
1. boil black tapioca pearls for about 60 minutes, then drain and rinse.
2. put tapioca pearls, almond milk and sweetener into a glass cup.
3. sift matcha and add hot water.
4. whisk matcha.
5. pour the matcha into the glass.
6. Enjoy!

「材料」
ブラックタピオカ 50g
甘味料 15g
アーモンドミルク 150ml
抹茶 4g
お湯 60ml（85℃くらい）
「作り方」
１、ブラックタピオカを１時間ほど茹で、水切りして水に浸けておきます。
２、ブラックタピオカ、甘味料、アーモンドミルクをコップに入れます。
３、抹茶を篩い、お湯を加えます。
４、抹茶を点てます。
５、エンジョイジョーーーーーーイ！
