Ingredients:
80g cashew nuts
150g water
1 capsule of probiotic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
240g butter flavored coconut oil (or use 240g refined coconut oil and 2 tsp nutritional yeast instead)
2 tsp sunflower lecithin powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. blend cashew nuts and water in a blender. add probiotic powder and stir well. leave it at room temperature to allow it ferment for 6 - 12 hours.
2. add all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
3. pour into a silicon mold.
4. leave it in a fridge for a few hours.
5. Enjoy!
It lasts a few weeks in a fridge. If you keep it in a freezer, it lasts a few months.

「材料」

塩 小さじ1/2
リンゴ酢 小さじ1
ココナッツオイル（バター風味） 240g
サンフラワーレシチンパウダー 小さじ2（これは無くても良いです。）
「作り方」
１、カシューナッツと水をブレンダーにかけ、プロバイティックを加えて常温で6〜12時間ほど発酵させます。
２、全ての材料をブレンダーの容器に入れて、ブレンダーにかけます。
３、シリコンなどの型に流し込みます。
４、冷蔵庫で数時間ほど冷やしたら出来上がりです。
５、食べ過ぎには気をつけてねーーーーーっ！（美味しいから）
