Ingredients:

for the dough:
400g semolina flour (all purpose flour or bread flour can be substitution)
40g olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
180g water

for the filling:
200g onion
a clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
80g walnut
10g basil
1/2 tsp salt

arugula, pine nuts, pepper and olive oil for garnish

Instructions:

1. put all the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl and knead a little bit.
2. roll the dough out and flatten with pasta machine.
3. fry onion and garlic until golden brown and put them in food processor with all other ingredients for the filling and make it smooth but not too much.
4. put the filling between the dough, cut them into pieces.
5. boil ravioli for 1 - 2 minutes.

「材料」

パスタ生地
セモリナ粉 400g(中力粉か強力粉で代用できます)
オリーブオイル 40g
水 180g
塩 小さじ1/2

フィリング
玉ねぎ 200g
にんにく 1片
胡桃 80g
バジル 10g
塩 小さじ1/2

飾り付け
ルッコラ、胡椒、オリーブオイル、松の実

「作り方」

1、パスタ生地の材料を全て混ぜ、ひとまとまりにしてます。
2、パスタマシンで平たく伸ばしておきます。
3、玉ねぎとにんにくを炒め、残りの材料と一緒にフードプロセッサーにかけます。
4、フィリングを生地で挟んで、カッターで切り分けます。
5、1〜2分茹でたら盛り付けて完成です。
