On September 7, "Seven-Eleven Japan Japan" signed a memorandum of understanding on the framework to accept foreign students from the country, with six universities in Vietnam including Hanoi University.

With this, Seven Eleven accepts students studying business science etc. at these universities as interns in Japan, and accepts international students who come to Japan to work as part-time jobs to learn Japanese etc.

As a Seven Eleven, we provide a place to learn management etc on the Vietnamese side in the field, contributing to the enhancement of education, and also to secure talent at stores in convenience stores where shortage of workers is getting worse It is my idea.

President Kazuki Furuya of Seven-Eleven Japan said, "Since young people in Vietnam work energetically and seriously, they want many people to be active."

In the convenience store industry, "FamilyMart" is also working with the vocational school in Tokyo which accept international students, and there are a series of movements to utilize international students as part-time jobs.
