For the opening of the Linear Central Shinkansen, Nagoya City is finalizing the direction to remove large monuments in front of the station on the east exit side of Nagoya Station from next fiscal year. The monument was established in 1989, and there will be one more landmark in front of Nagoya station with the end of Heisei.
