Ingredients:
200g oats
170g coconut oil
50g maple syrup
70g beet sugar
120g rice flour
30g cacao powder
20g hemp protein
3g hemp charcoal
40g hemp seeds
30g pecan nuts
Instructions:
1. put oats into a blender and make them a little finer.
2. combine all the ingredients and shape the dough.
3. bake at 180C/356F for 20 minutes.
4. Enjoy!

ココナッツオイル 170g
メープルシロップ 50g
甜菜糖 70g
米粉 120g
カカオパウダー 30g
ヘンププロテイン 20g
麻炭 3g
ヘンプシード 40g
ピーカンナッツ 30g
「作り方」
１、オーツ麦をブレンダーなどで少し細かくします。
２、全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、成形します。
３、180℃で20分ほどオーブンで焼きます。
