マミー・クリスタルは、子育て中の女性を対象とした地域コミュニティ「マミクリ」を運営する会社です。「マミクリ」は地域特化型のコミュニティとして会員同士がリアルで集まれる場を提供している点が特徴で、現在、大阪北摂エリア・大阪府堺市・北海道千歳市の3か所を対象に、累計5,000名以上の会員を有しています。また、この「マミクリ」の活動を通じて収集した生の声を活かし、企業・自治体向けに子育て中の女性の視点から女性活躍推進に関する提案を行っており、大阪府堺市では、2022年より、働きたいけど働けていない子育て中の女性（いわゆる潜在求職者層）の就労意欲向上を図り、人材不足で悩む市内企業の支援を行う「ママの就活部」を堺市からの受託事業として運営しています。

◆おおさか社会課題解決2号ファンドについて

◆フューチャーベンチャーキャピタル株式会社（FVC）について

京都に本社を置く独立系ベンチャーキャピタル。地域のベンチャー企業を支援するための「地方創生ファンド」と事業会社のオープンイノベーションを促進するための「CVCファンド」、地域を問わず有望なベンチャー企業に投資を行う「ゼネラルファンド」に取り組んでいます。また、資金を投入するだけでなく、長期的な事業継続に向け、事業育成、人材育成、事業コンサルティングなどの支援を行っています。

◆Investment in Mummy Crystal

Mummy Crystal operates a community called "Mamikuri" targeting women raising children. "Mamikuri" provides a place for members to meet in real life as a region-specific community and currently has over 5,000 members in three locations: Osaka Kitasenju area, Sakai City in Osaka, and Chitose City in Hokkaido. Through the activities of "Mamikuri," Mummy Crystal collects real voices and proposes initiatives for promoting women's participation in businesses and local governments from the perspective of women raising children. In Sakai City, Mummy Crystal operates "Mama Job Hunting Department," a commissioned business from the city, to increase the work motivation of women raising children who want to work but are unable to work (so-called potential job seekers) and to support local companies suffering from a labor shortage since 2022.

Mummy Crystal has a vision of "changing the world if the region is active" and is committed to revitalizing the region and promoting women's participation with the community as the starting point.

◆About Osaka Social Issue Solution No. 2 Fund
The fund supports the growth of businesses that solve administrative and social issues in Osaka and promotes industrialization. It is the successor fund to the "Osaka Social Issue Solution Fund," established in 2017, and collaborates with the Japan Finance Corporation and industrial authorities in Osaka, providing support according to the business stage of social issue solution businesses. The Japan Finance Corporation considers coordinated financing linked to investments from the fund to ensure sufficient funds for the business's operation and stability of the financial foundation for the business operator. In Osaka, the fund supports information dissemination to increase recognition and gather supporters for social issue solution businesses, while the Osaka Industrial Bureau offers various business support tools to help resolve issues according to the business stage. Financial institutions and administrative bodies are united to increase public interest in social issues and work together to expand impact.

◆About Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (FVC)

An independent venture capital company based in Kyoto. It focuses on the "Regional Revitalization Fund" to support venture companies in the region and the "CVC Fund" to promote open innovation in business companies, as well as the "General Fund" to invest in promising venture companies regardless of region. In addition to investing funds, it also provides support for business development, talent development, and business consulting to ensure long-term business continuation.
