警察や消防などによりますと、6日午後1時前、茨城県日立市の市役所の前にある広場に乗用車が侵入し、複数の人をはねたということです。消防によりますと、20代から40代までの男女3人がけがをして病院に搬送され、全員意識はあるということです。広場では障害者週間に合わせて、障害のある人がそれぞれの所属する施設で制作した作品や製品を持ち込み、展示や販売を行うイベントが開催されていたということです。車は現場から逃走したということで、警察が当時の状況を調べています。
