自動車や電機などの産業別労働組合でつくる「金属労協」は、来年の春闘でベースアップ相当分として月額1万円以上の賃上げを求める方針を決めました。現在の方式で要求を始めてから最も高い水準で、賃上げの動きを一層、加速させたい考えです。

Die Gewerkschaft "Metall-Union", die aus Industriegewerkschaften wie der Automobil- und Elektroindustrie besteht, hat beschlossen, bei den kommenden Frühjahrstarifverhandlungen eine monatliche Lohnerhöhung von mindestens 10.000 Yen als Äquivalent zur Basiserhöhung anzustreben.
