ダイハツ工業をめぐる国の認証の不正取得問題では
▽現在、生産・開発を行っている全28車種と
▽すでに生産が終了している18車種で
不正が確認されたと、20日、会社から国土交通省に報告がありました。

これを受け、国土交通省は21日午前から詳しい経緯を確認するため、道路運送車両法に基づき、大阪・池田市にある本社に立ち入り検査を行っています。

午前9時ごろ、国土交通省の担当者が本社の建物に入っていく様子が確認されました。

これまで、会社と第三者委員会が行った調査では、衝突試験やブレーキに関する試験の結果の虚偽記載などの不正が確認されています。

立ち入り検査では
▽試験データが記載された資料の確認を進めるほか
▽担当者や幹部への聞き取りを行って不正が行われた詳しい事実関係の確認を行うということです。

この問題をめぐっては、国土交通省はダイハツに対し、国が基準への適合を確認するまで現在生産する車のすべての出荷を停止するよう指示しています。

So far, investigations conducted by the company and a third-party committee have confirmed falsification of test results for collision tests and brake-related tests, among other fraudulent activities.

During the on-site inspection,
▽ they will proceed with confirming documents containing test data,
▽ and conduct interviews with relevant personnel and executives to confirm the detailed facts of the fraud.

In response to this issue, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has instructed Daihatsu to stop all shipments of currently produced vehicles until the country confirms compliance with standards.

Im Zusammenhang mit dem Skandal um den illegalen Erwerb der Zulassung des Daihatsu-Konzerns wurde am 20. Berichtet, dass bei insgesamt 28 aktuellen produzierten Modellen und bei 18 bereits eingestellten Modellen Unregelmäßigkeiten festgestellt wurden.

Aufgrund dieser Informationen führt das Bundesverkehrsministerium am 21. Morgen eine Untersuchung durch und betritt zu diesem Zweck den Hauptsitz in Ikeda, Osaka, aufgrund des Straßenverkehrsgesetzes.

Etwa um 9 Uhr morgens betraten Mitarbeiter des Verkehrsministeriums das Gebäude des Hauptsitzes.

Bisherige Untersuchungen des Unternehmens und eines unabhängigen Ausschusses haben Unregelmäßigkeiten wie gefälschte Angaben zu Kollisionstests und Bremsenprüfungen ergeben.

Während der Untersuchung werden die Überprüfung der Dokumente mit den Testergebnissen sowie Befragungen von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften durchgeführt, um die genauen Umstände der Unregelmäßigkeiten zu klären.

In diesem Zusammenhang hat das Bundesverkehrsministerium Daihatsu angewiesen, die Auslieferung aller derzeit produzierten Fahrzeuge einzustellen, bis die Konformität mit den staatlichen Standards bestätigt wurde.
