This is a new initiative of reforming workers in the hotel industry where personnel shortage is serious. A large hotel in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture, a hot spring resort, was closed on business from January 15th next year for 10 consecutive days, and it was decided that all employees who are about 800 people will take a long vacation.
