JR東日本によりますと、山手線は、工事車両の故障の影響で始発から全線で運転を見合わせていましたが、午前5時6分ごろ、内回り、外回りともに全線で運転を再開しました。また、同時に運転を見合わせていた京浜東北線の大船行きの列車も運転を再開しました。
