JR山手線は、午前9時20分頃、渋谷駅で人身事故が起きたため、内・外回りで運転を見合わせています。また、この影響で▼JR埼京線が東京・品川区の大崎駅とさいたま市の大宮駅の間で、▼JR湘南新宿ラインが新宿駅から南の区間でそれぞれ運転を見合わせています。JR東日本によりますと、運転再開はいずれも10時10分ごろを見込んでいるということです。

The JR Yamanote Line has suspended operations in both directions around 9:20 a.m. due to a person being involved in an accident at Shibuya Station. Additionally, this has also affected the JR Saikyo Line between Osaki Station in Tokyo's Shinagawa ward and Omiya Station in Saitama City, as well as the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line in the southern section from Shinjuku Station.
