Unpublished works of hers were found at her home in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The story revolves around a jellyfish struggling for a parent and child who were separated by war. Kako's eldest daughter said, "I think it carries the feelings of my father's prayer that he never wants another war to happen again."
